After spending 15 years running my own cheese shop in Switzerland, I spent 2 years in London at Borough Market and Paxton & Whitfield, the oldest cheese shop in the UK (suppliers to the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles).

I'm now based in the Netherlands and spend my time talking and writing about cheese, sharing my knowledge, but more importantly, my passion for serious cheeses!
