I’m a professional Cheese Monger and writer and now also, a Cheese Educator!
I had my own cheese shop in Switzerland for 14 years then spent 2 years in London managing a shop in the world famous Borough Market and also at the oldest cheese shop in the UK Paxton & Whitfield, cheese suppliers to the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles.
I’m now based in the Netherlands and although I do still sell some cheese, I spend most of my time talking and writing about it and sharing my passion and love for special cheese!
My very popular Amsterdam "Cheese Discovery Walks” are available most days of the week. Join me in a public or private group as I take you to some of the best cheese shops and markets in Europe. We buy cheeses to create the “Perfect Cheese Board” then head to a bar to enjoy and learn all about them with Craft Beer or Dutch Wine (AF options also available).
